Methodology

How we measure, and what we refuse to count

We are pre-first-cohort, so there are no client results on this page. What we can show is the measurement model every pilot runs on, and the report you will receive.

One primary metric, three supporting ones

Agreed on the audit call, fixed for the campaign. Changing the definition of success mid-flight is how agencies produce flattering reports, so we do not do it.

Primary

Cost per acquisition

Total campaign cost divided by tracked conversions. The single number the pilot is judged on.

Supporting

Conversion rate by creator

Which audiences actually buy, so budget moves toward them mid-campaign.

Supporting

Content Measurable Resonance

Saves, shares and comment substance — the signals that predict repeat performance.

Supporting

Earned reach

Reach beyond the creator's own following. Context for the primary metric, never a substitute.

Attribution

How a conversion gets credited

Creator marketing is imperfectly attributable and we will not pretend otherwise. We instrument what can be tracked, estimate the rest transparently, and label which is which in every report.

All campaigns adhere strictly to our ASA & ESMA Compliance Standard.

Tracked link

A unique destination per creator, per placement. The cleanest signal and the default wherever a link is possible.

Discount code

Creator-specific codes for placements without a clickable link, such as in-video mentions. Counts redemption, not intent.

Post-purchase survey

A one-question 'where did you hear about us' at checkout. Coarse, but it catches what tracking misses.

Modelled lift

Baseline comparison against the weeks before the campaign. Always labelled as an estimate, never mixed into the tracked figure.

What we will not report

Impressions presented as a result rather than as context
Follower growth as a proxy for revenue
Measurable Resonance rate without the denominator stated
Estimated media value, in any form

What you can audit yourself

Every tracked link and code, in your own analytics
Creator fees, itemised, with our margin shown separately
The raw platform exports behind each figure
The brief and contract for every piece of content
Operates in strict adherence to ASA/ESMA Compliance guidelines.
