Who we are

NewHorizonSaga is an influencer marketing agency connecting brands with creators on Instagram and YouTube. In this policy, “we” means NewHorizonSaga and “you” means anyone who contacts us, applies to the beta cohort, or works with us on a campaign.

What we collect

We collect only what a campaign or an application needs. Nothing is bought from third-party data brokers, and we do not build profiles of people who have not contacted us.

Contact details you give us: name, email, company or channel name, and anything you write in a form.
Channel information for creators: platform handles, audience size, engagement metrics and rate expectations.
Campaign data for brands: the conversion event we agree to track, plus link and code performance.
Basic site analytics: pages viewed and referring source, in aggregate.

How we use it

To match brands with creators, run and report on campaigns, and reply to you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your information to train third-party models.

Who we share it with

Only where it is necessary to do the work. Every processor we use is bound by its own data protection terms.

The brand or creator on the other side of a match, once both sides agree to an introduction.
Service providers for email, scheduling, contracts, analytics and payment.
Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

How long we keep it

Application data is kept for twelve months from your last contact with us, so we can match you to later opportunities. Campaign records are kept for six years, which is the period we may need them for tax and contractual purposes. You can ask us to delete anything sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest, and complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

The site uses only what it needs to function and to count page views in aggregate. There is no advertising tracking, no cross-site pixel and no third-party remarketing tag. Campaign tracking links measure clicks and conversions for a specific campaign, not general browsing.

Changes to this policy

If the policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
